Bill is a Personal Trainer here at WTSC. He has been a trusted and well-respected health coach and personal trainer for the past 5 years. Bill specializes in designing fitness plans or more sport specific fitness programs, targeting exercises to improve individual tennis, basketball, baseball or golf performance. Bill also works well with out of condition or overweight athletes. He specializes in training people on the TRX bands, BOSU Sport Balance Trainer, kettle bells, medicine balls, and Hammer Strength weight training equipment. No matter your age or how inexperienced you might be, Bill can motivate clients to get the best possible results from their training program. Bill has succeeded his whole career as a former college athlete, healthcare practitioner, fitness coach and certified health and safety specialist with the Red Cross Heart Association and AllOne Health. He also holds two bachelor degrees in Physical Education and Psychology.
