Jade has been privately training and teaching small group strength classes since 2020. She teaches the importance of how to stay disciplined with nutrition, listen to the body and create strength...mentally, physically, and emotionally. Jade’s training style is functional fitness, with an emphasis on mobility. She and her clients accomplish this by targeting useful muscle groups with a variety of movements to improve everyday activities, ensuring the strengthening of joints along with muscles. Jade’s personal experience with gymnastics allowed her to learn from her own injuries, how to recover properly and take her body out of pain. Her main goals are to help clients get out of pain, to reach maximum strength, stability and mobility for a better quality of life. Jade is also a certified Emotion Code Practitioner. This is a healing modality that rids energy blockages from the body, which allows the body to heal old traumas and release emotional burdens. Emotional Code practice has brought relief to people struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, toxic thought patterns, emotional eating, self-esteem issues, physical pain and much more.
