Kaitlin Gray

Kaitlin gray is a Personal Trainer here at WTSC. She has over 10 years of personal training experience. Kaitlin believes fitness is a life-long journey and she loves helping others realize the benefits and joys of training! She wants her clients to know exercise doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating. “I truly enjoy helping my clients discover what works for them, so they can achieve their goals and enjoy the process!” Her personal favorite aspect of fitness in general, is body re-composition through building muscle and corrective exercise. Kaitlin has experience training youth through senior age groups. Kaitlin holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and is a National Academy of Sports Medicine-Certified Personal Trainer.
