Taylor Williams is one of our Personal Trainers at WTSC. He has 4 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach, working with middle and high school athletes to prevent injuries and to build muscle, strength, speed, and power. He has also done personal and group training with adults to help keep them healthy and improve their overall fitness. Taylor is a CFSC Certified Functional Strength Coach, and holds a B.S, in Clinical Exercise and Sport Science from Fitchburg State University.
