Group X

Group Exercise Classes have been a strength at the Westboro Tennis and Swim Club for the past 20 years. We offer cutting edge classes at no additional cost to members, with a schedule of over 30 classes each week, and we're always adding more! We offer a variety of classes from which members can choose, including: Les Mills Body Pump, Combat, RPM and Core; Spinning, 5 types of Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and we're always on the lookout for something new!

Our instructors create a welcoming environment, and our Group Exercise classes tend to become a community of friends who encourage and support each other, as well as have fun together!

All fitness levels are always welcome in our Group Ex. classes!

Classes are held in the Main Group Exercise Studio (#1), or the Cycle and Soul Studio (#2), and UGX is held in the UGX Studio at 30 Oak Street, on the rear side of our Kids Club building.

Pop-Up Classes and Special Events

From time to time we offer Pop-Up Group Exercise classes. Past classes have included Strong Nation, Pound and a Bollywood Dance Party. We are constantly looking for what's new in Group Ex. and bringing it to our members! Please check out our calendar to see what is happening this month!
