Cindy is the Front Desk-Service Director. She works hard to ensure that all the services WTSC offers are running smoothly, that each department is aware of program offerings in the others and that our Front Desk is aware of them all. She is a great resource for our staff and members, and has been with WTSC for over 30 years.
