Rebecca Foley Mihopoulos is a Certified Reiki Master at R3 Wellness. She is passionate about helping others experience the profound and diverse healing power of Reiki. Her practice draws from multiple lineages of Reiki and styles of energy healing. During her sessions, Rebecca weaves together Usui, Holy Fire � III, Tera Mai and Shamantic Reiki. She also incorporates guided meditation, healing crystals and aromatherapy into her sessions. Rebecca aims to provide comfort, nourishment and an overall sense of peace in a supportive space. She is also a Certified Yoga Instructor and teaches here at WTSC as well.
