Our Recovery Room is a place to relax and let your body recover from your latest workout.
- Normatec Sleeves offer recovery massage through air-compression. It is proven to help with lymphatic drainage, decreases pain, increases circulation and helps you maintain your full range of motion, allowing you to recover faster. R3 offers Normatec Recovery sleeves for arms and legs.
- Chakra Aligned PEMF Mat: The Chakra Aligned PEMF Mat is embedded with seven unique gemstones, each chosen for their healing properties and ability to balance your chakras. In addition, it integrates Infrared Heat Therapy and PEMF Therapy, enhancing cellular repair and regeneration, improving overall health and well-being. Photon Light Therapy is also used, which utilizes specific wavelengths to target various health concerns and energy levels.
WTSC Personal Training and Assisted Stretch Therapy Clients receive access to our Recovery Room at no additional cost for each session of training/therapy purchased.
Fitness Members may purchase Recovery Room Access for $30/month, with automatic renewal. The Recovery Room is for those 21 years old and over.

Theo is a licensed Aesthetics and Massage therapist, certified Personal Trainer, and certified Assisted Stretch Therapy provider. He's also certified to provide Thai Massage, Cupping and Graston Massage. Theo appreciates being able to offer a well-rounded scientific based approach to his deep-tissue and/or sports related massages.
Leah Colangelo, a 1998 graduate from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester MA, is the proud owner of Westborough Massage. Leah's passion for massage therapy began right after graduation, and continued to grow as she honed her craft while working for many premier establishments. In 2011, Leah realized her dream of opening Westborough Massage, which offers a wide range of therapeutic services such as Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage, Ashiatsu Massage, and Sports Massage.
